Mkhana Collective is a Kenyan social enterprise advancing menstrual health, dignity, and access through sustainable and community-driven solutions. Many girls and women still lack consistent access to safe menstrual products — affecting their education, confidence, health, and daily participation.
We focus on practical, scalable solutions: locally sourced sanitary products, structured kit distribution, menstrual education tools, and partnerships built for long-term impact. Our model ensures girls and women are supported throughout the year — not just once.

The Mkhana Kit is a complete menstrual health solution designed to support one girl or woman for a full year. Each kit includes 30 packets of sanitary pads and a Bloom Period Journal for tracking and education — everything she needs to manage her health with dignity.

The Bloom Period Journal helps girls and women track their menstrual cycles, learn about their bodies, and build confidence in managing their health. It is especially useful in areas with limited access to digital tools — a simple, powerful companion.
